Questions
What counts as a new document?
A first draft: an outline, letter, motion, memo or record review. Revising a draft does not count. Questions and answers in chat never count.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Close a case to open a new one. For documents, add 10 more for $49 from Settings, or wait for the next month. Nothing is ever deleted.
Is there a cap on chat?
Each plan has a monthly fair-use ceiling that normal practice does not reach. We warn you at 80%. At 100%, chat pauses until the next month or until you move up a plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, from Settings. The change takes effect right away and the bill is prorated.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings. You keep full access to the end of the month you paid for. After that the workspace is read-only, so you can still export your work.
